For middle school students: discovering art and culture professions
Artistic and Cultural Education
The objective of artistic and cultural education (EAC) is to encourage the participation of all children and young people in artistic and cultural life, through the acquisition of knowledge, direct interaction with artworks, encounters with artists and culture professionals, and artistic or cultural practice.
The public services department distributes calls for applications to artists who have graduated from Villa Arson to participate in EAC projects in the form of artistic practice workshops for students who will have previously benefited from a program of exhibition visits, studio discoveries, and encounters at Villa Arson. The workshop proposals are designed by the artists in line with the issues and methods they deploy in their artistic practices.
